1. General Guidelines
  • Abstracts must be submitted online through the official conference website (www.yroc2026.com). 
  • Abstracts sent by post, fax, email, or WhatsApp will not be accepted. 
  • The presenting author must be a registered delegate for the conference. 
  • The last date for abstract submission is December 31, 2025.
2. Abstract Structure

Title: Concise, in sentence case (not in all caps). 

Authors: List full names and institutional affiliations. 

Abstract Body (maximum 300 words):

For Clinical Studies:
Introduction (50 words), Aims & Methodology (100 words), Results (100 words), Conclusion (50 words)

For Case Reports:
Introduction (50 words), Case Presentation (100 words), Discussion (100 words), Conclusion (50 words)

3. Formatting
  • Abbreviations must be spelled out at first mention. 
  • Figures and tables must be uploaded in the space provided (maximum size: 2 MB each; maximum of 3 figures).

4. Review & Selection
  • All abstracts will undergo peer review by the Scientific Committee. 
  • Selected abstracts will be presented as: 

    A. Oral Presentation (if consent is given during submission)

    B. Poster Presentation 

  • The decision of the Scientific Committee will be final and binding.
  • There will be two categories: PG and Post-PG, applicable for both oral and poster presentations.
  •  Posters must be in physical format (size: 4 ft [horizontal] × 3 ft [vertical]).

    A. Please note: Printing facilities will not be available at the conference.

    B. Poster boards and pins will be provided.

  • Instructions for oral presentations will be sent to the selected candidates.
5. Awards
  •  Awards will be given for: 

    A. Best Oral Presentation (PG & Post-PG) 

    B. Best Poster Presentation (PG & Post-PG)

*The first 50 accepted abstracts from PG students will be eligible for free accommodation.
